- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship.
- Applicants must reside in a province/territory where Credit4You offers lending services. Credit4You does not offer loans to residents of Alberta, and applications listing an Alberta address will not be processed.
- Your loan application must not be for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any other purpose deemed inappropriate by Credit4You.
- You must provide complete and truthful personal information.
- Impersonation of others is strictly prohibited.
- You should not have been denied or deactivated by Credit4You in the last 30 days.
To process your loan application, Credit4You collects various types of information from you. This includes details provided in your application, communication records, and any content you share on our platform.
By applying, you consent to Credit4You collecting, using, and potentially sharing this information with affiliates, service providers, or other relevant entities for the purpose of managing your application and conducting necessary investigations.
Your data may be retained for an indefinite period and shared with public or legal authorities as required by law.
Credit4You operates within Quebec, Canada. Any loan application is considered to be processed within Quebec, Canada.
In the event of a dispute, the laws of the Province of Quebec will govern, and any legal proceedings will be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Judicial District of Montreal.
You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Credit4You. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
For help, reply HELP or email us at contact@credit4you.ca. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Credit4You may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services or policies. We will notify you of any changes and provide an opportunity to review the updated terms before they become effective.
Continued use of our services after such updates signifies your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
